ADHD Drop-In Sessions for Adults

Get unstuck—without committing long-term.

Live, facilitated support sessions where you can ask questions, talk through what you’re stuck on, and leave with practical next steps—no pressure.

What is an ADHD Drop-In?

An ADHD Drop-In is a live, facilitated group session designed to support adults with ADHD in real time.

You can ask questions, talk through what you’re stuck on, or simply listen. Each session focuses on practical tools, helpful reframes, and clear next steps you can use right away—without pressure or long-term commitment.

Who this is for?

• Adults with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified)
• Feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck
• Want practical support (not therapy)
• Prefer conversation over worksheets

No pressure to talk. Listening is always welcome.

What happens in a session?

• Brief welcome and grounding
• Open Q&A and real-life problem solving
• Practical tools and reframes you can use immediately
• 1–3 clear takeaways to apply after the session
